This is a picture from Santa Cruz Is. In June of 2006, myself on the right, Terry N6AJ in middle, and Larry KF6JOQ went to IOTA NA-144 to participate in the VHF/UHF contest. Please look in the photo album for more pictures of our weekend on the Island.

We used a Icom 706 and a Yaesu 847 with 12 volt car batteries for power.  For antennas, we used M Square 2-6 meter Ho-Loops for 2-6 meter ssb, and a 20 meter dipole for HF for anyone seeking IOTA NA-144. We were able to run 20 meters from our camp site with no problem. For VHF/UHF, we hiked up to a cliff over looking the ocean.
