General Terms:

San Diego Repeater Association repeaters are open to all licensed Amateur Radio Operators in accordance with CFR Title 47, Part 97. Membership is not a prerequisite to use our systems. However, membership dues do support the Organization and equipment costs. Your support is greatly appreciated.

Please be certain to read our page, Operating Procedures, as part of our Terms Of Service. All users must agree to and follow those procedures. SANDRA reserves the right to block or terminate access to any individual or group that attempts to use the organization's frequencies and/or equipment for illegal or malicious activity.

The San Diego Repeater Association is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. Therefore, SANDRA does not warranty access nor make uptime guarantees to any user, member or non-member. All membership dues are regarded as nonrefundable donations.

Privacy:

The San Diego Repeater Association respects your privacy and will not release or share your personal information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, etc., to others without your permission. This information would only be shared in the event that it is required by law.
