Here, she is probably considering a "Fly Burger" or perhaps a "Mosquito Sandwich" in our back yard.   

  Patches took to apartment living down near the UW-Milwaukee campus very well. She didn't have to put up with Leo's youthful exuberance any longer.  I think she sort of liked being an "only cat" with only her "mother" and a brief infestation of cockroaches for company.  

  Now that we've all returned to CA and Patches is back at the home she knew as a kitten, she's supremely happy. 

  My daughter, by the way, is a "cat magnet".  If she and a cat or any other animal, for that matter, are in the same room, the cat is usually in her lap whether invited or not.  This applies to walking down the street as well!
