And we have special traffic nets on predetermined frequencies to keep a sense of order to our handling of the communications.
Most of the time we are not operating in emergency conditions, but we still handle messages, which are sent as a service to the public, and to keep our traffic handling skills honed so we will be ready in times of emergency if our services are needed.
