The Cowtown Amateur Radio Club has a radio room featuring a Yaesu FT-1000, a FT-857, a FlexRadio 6500, and a Kenwood TH-D710. The FlexRadio and FT-857 are also available for club remote use. (current status at link above) Additionally the club is building a 'permanent' AMSAT ground station using an Icom IC-910H. The club already has a 'portable' Satellite ground station using a Yaesu FT-847, that system is used for school visits and Field Day.
