I purchased a home in Woburn, MA, in
1996 and started building a station.
Starting with a TS-430S, FT-736R and some dipoles and J-poles, I replaced the above with a Kenwood TS-2000 in February 2001.
I added a TS-590SG in
February 2020 for HF, continuing to use the TS-2000 for 2M & 70 cm
and VHF/UHF FM.
