Awards Ceremony Pictures: The VQP Awards ceremony was held at
the Manassas Hamfest on Sunday, 9 June 2013, at 1000 at a covered
pavilion.

Certificate:
Every ham who submitted a log will receive a certificate. The
theme for this year was recommended by Dave, WA3GIN. The theme is WRVA
(W for East of Mississippi, R for Richmond, and VA for Virginia).
An early AM broadcast station in Richmond VA. Dedicated
on 2 Nov 1925. Originally owned by manufacturers of Edgewood Smoking
Tobacco.
Started in a building on Tobacco Row in Richmond.
Log Metadata. Updated 10 May 2013 with minor corrections. A
list of the 386 logs received along with scores
and other data and the list of
operators at the multiple operator stations. We recommend you save the file to your desktop
and then open it for viewing.
Stories from the Party. A collection of post-party comments, observations and stories.

Plaques and
Sponsors: We have 25 plaques this year. There are two
changes in plaques. First, we have a new plaque this year..
The new plaque is Single Operator Youth for any
single operator 18 years or younger during the VA QSO Party (sponsored
by the K4AMG Memorial ARC).
Eligible contestants should indicate their age in the soapbox section of
their electronic Cabrillo file or on the summary sheet if they are
submitting a paper log. Second, the SO CW High Power will only be
open to Virginia stations, as opposed to any SO station.
