These bordermarkers, nr. 299 are at the bordercrossing Vysne Nemecke (Slovakia-SK) and Ushgorod (Ukraine-UA).

The little marker in the middle is on the actual border.
Left is SK; right is UA.

This is also an time-zone border: UA is +1 hour compared to SK.
