The Transmitter and Controller Combination

An effective hidden transmitter package requires the combination of a transmitter, controller, battery, durable enclosure, and of course an antenna. This is my first hidden transmitter package. It consists of the UnMusic box, the Hamtronics 2 watt, crystal controlled exciter, ammo box, and Hot Shot telescoping antenna. The ammo box has a through hole BNC antenna connector installed in the side. It is very useful to have an external antenna connector. That way any variety of antennas can be connected to the package without opening the enclosure.

This transmitter/controller package consists of the Tone Box, ICOM IC-2AT 2 meter HT, Gates battery pack, and ammo box. This particular package was used at the FARS Friendship Games ARDF competition.
