I operate primarily CW , and a little PSK31 and MFSK16. I recently retired to a lovely spot on a high ridge in Creek County.
I am an ARRL and W5YI VE. I have a 26 foot travel trailer and like to hit the road 2 or 3 times a year.
Year (2005) the XYL and I visited Big Bend National Park, Carlsbad Caverns, Tuscon, Az and Quatzsite, Az.
January 2006, we spent 3 weeks in Edinburg, Tx (Rio Grand Valley) and two visits to Progresso, Mexico.
August 2006, we visited Yellowstone Park. 2009 found us treking west to Oregon and Santa Monica, Ca. On the way we stayed at Yosemite. We missed the wild fires around LA. and enjoyed a couple days in Palm Springs. I had many QSO’s along the way on 20 CW and 146.52.
