3.0.4 FUNCTIONAL CONTROL

The following items are the primary components inside the servo unit.

SOLID STATE RELAY: The Solid State Relay switches the 110 volts

AC power from the AC main to the Servo Control Unit. The negative

15V line of the power supply energizes the relay.

POWER SUPPLY: The Power Supply provides +5, +15, and -15 to the

Motor Encoder, Position Sensors, Solid State Relay and Differential

Pressure Transducer.

FLOW TRANSDUCER: The Flow Transducer output is for the operator

to monitor flow through the pneumatic plumbing in the machine case.
