TOPSIDE DECK

· Remove and catalogue all gear from boat.

· See if tarp can cover from mast to stern. 

· Check top rail of companionway hatch for rot

· Measure for replacement of boards on companionway frame, bottom and side

· Drill and inject epoxy rot fix into rail

· Sand and varnish bottom of after hatch (home)

· Fix rot in bottom of companionway hatch (home)

· Sand and add third coat of varnish to companionway hatch (home)

· Clean deck with wax remover

· Sand deck

· Paint deck with filling primer.

· Paint deck with gel coat.

· Replace hinge on after hatch. (home)

· Remove seat tops.

· Sand and varnish seat tops. (home)

· Repair or replace de lamination of wood at aft motor compartment.

· Repair or replace forward hatch 

· Repair or replace bilge pump. 

· Look for cockpit drain. 

HULL

• Scrape off barnacles
• Sand hull 
• Move boat stands and scrape and sand spots
• Paint sealer on hull.
• Paint bottom paint on hull.
• Clean topside with wax remover ( blue part of hull )
• Sand topside
• Paint topside with filling primer.
• Paint topside .

CABIN

• Replace seacocks and backing.
• Sand overhead in cabin and under cockpit.
• Paint bilge areas.
• Clean, sand and paint benches in cabin.
• Clean, sand and paint bulkheads.
• Clean sand and varnish on painted bulkhead areas.
• Sand and varnish step.
• Clean sand and varnish shelves.
• Install bulkhead and overhead material.
• Clean sand and paint cabin decks.
• Sand and varnish companionway frame.
• Clean bilge area.
• Replace side ports

RUNNING GEAR

• Remove and catalogue running gear.
• Remove boom.
• Unstep mast.
• Check all stanchions, lifelines, cleats, and travelers
• Replace and install cable and lights in mast 
• Replace halyard 
• Examine all rigging and replace if necessary.
• Clean, lubricate and repair any winches
