My HF equipment consists of a IC-756PRO with a SP- 21
matching speaker, Acom 1000A 1kW HF Linear Amp ( Only used for contests ), FT-100 Mobile
HF/VHF/UHF with SP- 21 Speaker, two NISSEI 30Amp power supplies and a SANDPIPER 10
Band ( All HF & 6m ) Vertical antenna, roof mounted at 9m above ground. ( 350m ASL ) My VHF equipment consists of a the above mentioned
FT-100 Multimode, KENWOOD TM-D700E, 2m/70cm Dual Bander and a RS.200 Watt solid
state Linear connected to either a 9 Element Tonna or a Watson co-linear. However ~ at present it is connected to the mag-mount
sitting on my bench ! ( Not much DX worked on 2m recently, I wonder why ? ) Other equipment consists of a KENPRO KR-600RC rotator,
DAIWA SWR / POWER meter, KENWOOD TH-D7E dual band handy, YEASU FT- 470 dual band handy and
a WATSON dual band mag-mount for the car. PLUS ~ the almost compulsory computer ~ Athlon 1900 XP
for Ham software, the INTERNET and LOG-EQF ( Win Ver 1.14 ) logging programme. |
