I have invested in a very expensive mobile mast...
Following this idea, I let go of my Anan 10 and replaced it with a 12m aluminium push up mast - from GW4XLS
Added a bit of weight to the base….

3rd September 2020, its early days yet with this 12m aluminium push up mast, I’ll provide some updates as I progress in getting it set-up - possible uses include using it as the centre dipole support - something that wont get blown around like the birch tree and something I can wheel and place exactly where I want it. Its certainly easier to put up and get down in comparison to the modular green mast poles. The GW4XLS mast appears well engineered and I’ll review in more detail when I have had a chance to play….
