Notice is hereby given that the Twenty first Annual
General Meeting of the Three Counties Amateur Radio Club will be held at the Bramshott Parish Club &
Institute, Headley Road, Liphook, Hampshire on
Thursday 8th April 2004 at 8.00 for the following
purposes.
1. To approve the minutes of the Nineteenth Annual General Meeting.
2. To receive the report of the Committee and the
Financial Statements for the year ended 15th March 2004.
3. To elect a Committee and the Officers in accordance with Rule 8 of the Constitution of the Club, to hold office from the conclusion of the meeting.
