Welcome to the Community
Bulletin Board Center! If you work at a Non-Profit
organization supporting the community in which we serve,
you're invited to announce your event or organization on
our channel at NO COST TO YOU! We air
our Community Bulletin Board during our
"Non-Programming" hours. The hours are:
- 6:00am - 4:00pm
- 9:00pm - 10:00pm
If you would like to post a Public
Service Announcement, here's all you have to do:
Compose your Ad on a
desktop publishing / presentation program
Currently, we use
Microsoft PowerPoint to compose our graphics onto our
bulletin board. You can use any desktop publishing /
presentation programs (Microsoft PowerPoint, Cprel
Presentation, Paint Shop Pro, etc.). Just remember the
KISS method (Keep It Simple, Silly) and just point out
WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY and HOW! When your ad is
complete, EXPORT your graphic to a J-PEG (JPG) file,
attach it to your e-mail compose program and send it to
us. Once we receive your ad, it will be reviewed by our
staff for qualification purposes. Upon approval, it will
be aired on our channel. It's that simple
Download a
"Grid" sheet
You can receive a
grid sheet to print on your computer. Once you fill out
the information, you can fax it to us, or attach it via
e-mail. Upon approval, your ad will be aired.
Mail or Fax your Press
Releases, Flyers, handouts, etc.
If you have a
press release or flyers about your organization or event,
you may Fax it, attach it via e-mail or you can
snail-mail it. Once received and approved, our staff will
compose your announcement and will post it on the air.
