If
you're a new ham or new to DMR you need to get a DMR user ID from
RadioID.net, to do this you must get your call sign verified, below are
the steps to do that
BrandMeister
requires your DMR user ID be "verified" by RadioID before you can
create an account and use their network with a hotspot
DMR
ID's issued in the past by DMR MARC will need to be verified by RadioID
they are in control of this now. Your current DMR user ID will work on
the air using a repeater but not a hotspot
You
will need plenty of patiences dealing with this site
The FCC web site is a typical Gov web site built and maintained by the
lowest bidder
Step-1 Register with the FCC so you
can download an "official copy" of your ham license so you can
uploaded to RadioID
They do not except reference copies because they are publicly
available to download the "Official Copy" is not and requires you to
log into the FCC and get it
