You can find out what country he is in, if he has a QSL manager it is usually listed here, and they sell a few items in which you may be interested. I use this call sign server most of the time, but I also use:

 

QRZ sometimes. I find that some Hams, like myself put up a short bio with a picture or a QSL card here.
