Mr. RTTY? Yes, it's a manufactured-for-hams TU brought to us by Radio Wholesale of Columbus, Georgia. Haven't heard from them in a while... wonder if they are still around.
This audio type TU conforms to the 170hz "high tones" standard. Offers autostart, 60 mil loop, standby, reverse, and a tuning meter. AFSK in, and AFSK out. Autostart switches an AC plug in the back, and it has the usual scope outputs. Used this particular unit for some time on a local 2 meter RTTY repeater until it converted to VOX. What a shame.
