K6SHJ: Licensed since 1956, was originally active in Santa Monica but has been in Santa Barbara for over 25 years. (Callbook address is still O.K. to use.) Interest in amateur radio is mainly dxing. Other activities enjoyed on the local scene are hiking, sailing and dancing. Works as an electronic engineer/consultant designing and building scientific instrumentation and communications equipment.
