This site used to have the weekly Los Angeles County Operational Area Disaster Communications 
Services (DCS) messages.

Since the Executive Staff terminated my membership after being a loyal DCS member for over 21
years, I have changed the content to news about the DCS Executive Staff and their abuse
of their position and their disregard of both the Office 
of Emergency Services (OES) and the California Emergency Management Agency (Cal E-M-A) as well as FEMA (Federal
Emergency  Management Agency), and RACES rules as well as the DCS Rules & Regulations and Section 3-01/121.35 "Policy 
of Equality-Retaliation" as well as 3-01/121.55 "Policy of Equality-No Retaliation" as per the Sheriff's Department's
 " Manual of Policy and Procedures, Policy of Equality, Los Angeles Sheriff's Department, County of Los Angeles, 
Effective January 5, 2003 (Revised October 1, 2007)"

I am the recipient of numerous commendations by the White House, City Councils of Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City
and others..  Los Angeles Sheriff Baca honored me with a 15,000 volunteer hours pin in 2010
