This card was seen on ebay.  We sent it to several club members from the
1955-1965 era and no one remembers it, although N6TJ thinks he has seen it. 
The use of postal zone instead of Zip Code indicates a pre-1964 printing

It was likely printed by Brownie W3CJI, as the shape of the numeral 2 is distinctive. 
Perhaps it was a sample, or an unidentified club member bought cards on his own.
