Honda ST1300 Quartet Harness

In order to provide power to your farkle, the "Quartet Harness" (PN 08A30-MCS-100) really helps. It connects to a fused accessory connector that's factory wired and just sitting there doing nothing. The harness breaks one connector out to four separate ones that have battery, accessory, turn signal and power. STowners.com has a great write up on the quartet. Another site is motorcycleinfo.calsci.com ST-Riders.net has an installation guide too.

The key to making use of the harness is getting the mating connectors so as not to hack the harness to death. They are made by Sumitomo and sometimes referred to as Hatachi connectors. The model name is MTW (.110). My guess is that the .110 relates to the pins mating surface size. They are available from Easternbeaver.com as well as Corsa-technic.com. Cycleterminal.com sells them relatively inexpensively.

The MALE is the mate for the Quartet harness
These connectors are available in matching colors to the harness.
