JT65 AGAINST JT44 BANDWIDTH
These pictures show how narrow JT65(A) is. The screenshots has been taken during some tropo tests made with Stefano I0WTD.
The following picture demonstrates that JT65(A) uses about 200 hz of bandwidth during calls and locator transmission.
The following shot shows the 100 hz bandwith during a JT65(A) "RORO" transmission.
JT44 Now. Note the absolutly wide bandwidth of about 500 hz during a calls trasmission.
And finally here you can notice the JT44 "RORO" transmission using about 400 hz bandwidth.
