Gus IK4RQJ's farm house: antenna park for ARRL 10m contest 2001



4 elemet quad@5mt. made by the team, project by IK4XCL IK4VET.
Used on the phone station, great gain, very little noise.
As you can see very soon we'll change it into 3 el. quad for 15m as originally planned for.


IK4VET, IK4RJQ, IK4HLQ few hours before starting rised up verticals. Snow and cold wind made it difficoult.


Half an hour before the start, all seems to be ok.

Operators on the shack: IZ4DIJ, IK4XCL at the CW runner, IK4HLQ checking packet cluster,
on the background IK4VET at the PHONE runner


IK4VET helped by Max while runnig US on SSB. Just 1st day we managed a good number of W's.
