Practical knowledge and funny things I have been active in summiting since 2018/9 and experience kept growing with every activation. There are always good ideas but also setbacks. But I can assure you that summiting is the very best! Now we have 2024 and after almost 1000 summits and on 20000 QSOs I'm not anymore a rookie!

conclusions: 1. Keep upgrading your equipment 2. Exchange ideas with friends 3. Take friends with you from time to time 4. Setbacks make you stronger 5. Combine a mountain trip whenever possible 6. Keep in touch with your chasers and create incentives (CX-award) 7. Use forums and social media to exchange ideas but be wary of yesterday's people
