The downspout goes from the terrace to the roof commencing on the first floor balcony, thus being 5 m = 15 ft high; it is fed from the gutter itself which is about 3m long = about 10 ft. It is horizontal (of course) and constitutes some kind of top loading to the spout itself.

SWR can be brought to 1:1.1 on 20m with the 1:3 balun in between.
