Colorado YL's headline story for the month.

Joe White, KØCNV, became a Silent Key Tuesday night, February 20, 2001. Joe was very active in Amateur Radio, 30 years of involvement in R.A.C.E.S., including most recently being the state R.A.C.E.S. Officer at the Colorado Office of Emergency Management and as a Red Cross Communicator. Joe's wife, Elise was also very active in Amateur Radio, teaching a great many people to become Hams even before becoming a Ham herself. The Colorado YL's have named a scholarship in their honor.
