For this award QSO/SWL after 1 Jan.1979 are valid. The award has three classes for QSO/SWL with different number of countries, allocated in 28 ITU zone:
 - III class - 28 QSO/SWL with 10 countries and 5 QSO/SWL with LZ
- II class - 28 QSO/SWL with 16 countries and 5 QSO/SWL with LZ
- I class - 28 QSO/SWL with 20 countries and 5 QSO/SWL with LZ
The countries in 28 zone are: DL, HA, HB, HB0, HV, I, IS0, LZ, OE, OK, OM, SP, SV, SV5, SV9, SV/A, S5, TK, T7, T9, YO, YU, ZA, Z3, 1A0, 4U/ITU, 9A, 9H.
