President Bryan, VA3BRY, called the meeting to order.

M.S.—Neil, VE3VNM; Garry, VA3GPW—Minutes of the May 9, 2012 be adopted.  Carried.

Scott, VA3EXT, advised the Bearpaw Digi has been installed.  Running 10 watts output, it is set for mobiles only to prevent running down the battery.

Bob, VA3GUN, reviewed the application process for funds for the Emergency Communications trailer.

Our lease for the VE3DRY repeater site with the City of Dryden expires in 2014.  Our property is separate from the DMTS Tower property.

Neil reported that the Club BBQ in June went well.  Thanks to Neil and Sharon for hosting it.

Canwarn Training for club members was cancelled due to logistics.  The New Prospect School Exercise was cancelled, however, no new date has been set.

Adi, VA3ADI, custodian of the Sioux Lookout Repeater, has not responded to requests to help get VE3YXL back on air.

The Red Lake Repeater is on air, however, the current sponsor/custodian has moved, so a new custodian is needed.

Scott, VA3EXT, has not had time to fix the Camp Rob repeater.
