Amateur Radio Society of Dryden

 May 14th, 2008 Meeting Minutes

Dryden Fire Service Training Centre

President Bryan brought the meeting to order.

In Attendance were:

M.S.,Rick, VA3RGA, Fred, VE3WFN, the minutes of  the March 12, 2008 meeting be adopted as read.  Carried.

Old Business:

The Ear Falls node in Atikokan is being worked on.

 The club is now incorporated (note name change).

 Dr. Schneider donated $100 to the club in recognition of our assistance at the Rugby Winter Festival Dog Sled Races.

New Business:

Scott, VA3EXT, presented pictures of the surplus equipment that was donated to the club by the OPP.

 M.S. VE3JLN, VA3DIK that we reimburse Scott, VA3EXT $120 for expenses to install the Ignace IRLP.  Carried.

 There will be a Simulated Emergency September 16^th, 10 am...volunteers are needed.

Bryan, VA3BRY, and Bob, VA3GUN, will attend the table-top discussion with the City.

Bob, VA3GUN moved the meeting adjourn.
