print out the appropriate form, include the appropriate fee and send it to Receiving Treasurer for US, KH6, KL7 and VE to Nancy Rabel Hall, KC4IYD and for DX or your DX adoptees to Jeanie Parker, WA6UVF.

Make your check (US only) or International Postal Money Order (in US
Funds) payable
to the Young Ladies' Radio League, Inc. and send to it to the
Receiving Treasurer (RT) if its for a US, KH6, KL7 or VE YL or the
DX Receiving Treasurer if you are
sponsoring a DX-YL or are a DXYL paying for yourself .
For example: if you are paying for both yourself and
a DX YL then
you will be sending out TWO checks, one to the US RT and
another to the DX RT.
