I have been dieing to put a website here but so little time.Little free time. I am sleeping.

All websites I manually edit with html,javascript,java,and the big etc.TAKES TIME! I am sure somebody is familiar with this !!!! Theres always something going wrong with a website and a nightmare to keep up to. Links change so fast !!! One little space in html or one wrong charachter can make whole page not work correct.(and such seem to get lost even as a website 'sits')

Although 'browsers' mostly netscape and microsoft even these do not read the html code the same!!!!! i.e. different browsers will see a web page different!!!!

Essentially a web page is YOUR computer reading the html language and you view what your computers browser SEES.When it gets to some other computer languages there can be more difficulty.

A simple webtv unit will view most anything correct(html 3.1-but microsoft upgrades) but will not see JAVA simply because as of this date MICROSOFT does not like NETSCAPES JAVA !!!!

The ftp process often results in flaws.One letter or space CHANGE !!! I have noticed it works quite well here at qsl.net but some websites the ftp process seems to always produce some changes.

I enjoy sites that have on-line 'file managers' and 'editors' so one can go very quickly to a page and edit the html !!!--but there is debate there.I can not keep up to software out there you are suppossed to buy to do this or do that !! Presentely I try to keep up with up to 100 websites and this 'lower' priority.TO ME THIS IS JUST EDUCATION !!!!!!! I am not a website professional creator !!! In fact I have been using a webtv box as an html-javascript editor and I get the JOKES !!!!! Oddly with a $99 and less webtv unit you can make a website almost anywhere but you have to manually enter the computer languages and the ftp you have to use some free web based ftp services for webtv.Ftp to qsl.net works fine but tricky to figure out.(p.s. was tricky..now normal and easy) Tricky?? I think I am #1 who ftp'ed here with a webtv unit so??? [2000-system changed,easy!!!!]

---- hey !!!! I now have a perl script that will perform ftp functions for a webtv unit !!!!! Needs a host with correct perl modules installed.-----
