Ozgur:
Actually, Litton-Polyclad is a licensed fabricator for the Hadco BC line.
That includes ZBC-2000 AND EmCap. Both are Hadco-proprietary products.
Isola (I believe is based in Europe, and (if my memory serves me correctly)
was one of the first three licensees of Hadco (then Zycon) to produce
ZBC-2000.
The other lines are indeed competitors, but recent tests indicate the
materials to be a poor second to the Hadco products (reference C.Grasso's
paper noted in my earlier correspondence).
IBM has been working for at least eight years that I am aware of to produce
something equivalent to EmCap with an Er of ~30, but I'm not aware of any
(published) success of theirs.
