Use Fig. 3 if LVDS source is across a backplane (ie: because source is on a
different board on a separate dc supply, hot swap ability, rcvr doesn't have
Vcmr to match LVDS), or use Fig.9 - dc coupled - if on same board and
using a rcvr w/ compatible Vcmr inputs. The Fig.3 1k/100k pull down/up
aren't needed if rcvr inputs have an equivalent network, like the LVEL17.
