the terminations are ok it can source as well as sink current.the top resitor helps in sourcing the current
to load during a logic high and the lower resistor in the thevenin termination will help sink current to ground
during a low .some disadvantage of these terminations are constant flow of current from 1.5v to gnd irrespective of
the logic state which results in static power discipation in the termination resistors
