I operate an amateur radio station. It is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission. I had to learn a lot of electronic theory and the Morse code to operate it legally. In my station, it is possible to transmit and receive signals all over the earth. I can handle emergency and personal communications to create good will and diplomacy.
