The program for the April Tech Night will be “SWR, Fact and Fiction” and “Basic Wire Antennas”. The program will be given by N3SEI, Jerry. Get all your questions together so he can answer them for you. He has stated that he has all of the answers and some of them are even correct. After N3SEI’s presentation the rest of the night will be open for Show and Tell or Trouble Shooting your equipment. Bring something to be fixed and we will all put or heads together to assist in the repair. Bring a friend too!

Thursday will
be a great night for computer training. Forrest White (KB3TEK) will be presenting
a power point about computers. He has a lot of experience with many different
operating systems. We all use them, we all have problems with them. Echolink
will be discussed, as well as virus issues, and many more. If you are having
a problem, please write down what it is and what you have tried as Forest will
try to answer all your questions. In addition, if any of you have computers
you would like to bring to the session, please do as there will be time allowed
to work on them. A few members do have great computer skills, hopefully they
will attend and assist Forest in this presentation. Please allow him to lead
the session, but I am sure all input will be appreciated. I will be acting as
a
moderator and hopefully keep things on track.
