The call SL3ZV is held by a unit of a voluntary radio organization (FRO). This organization recruits and trains radio operators and other categories of communication personnel for Sweden's home defense troops. At the moment, we are totally about 8.000 members, and in our unit roughly 120 members. In peace-time Sweden, FRO assists civilian authorities in cases where communications are needed.
