How do
you join Suffolk County ARES?.
If you are an
A.R.E.S. member and need to renew your annual membership
or would like to become
one,
Upon completion you must send the filled out Suffolk County RACES Application
Form and
a copy of the certifications to your Local RACES Radio Officer.
They will in turn send a copy of your paperwork to the County Radio Officer,
who will in turn notify the Local Radio Officer when you will be scheduled for a
photo session.

The Suffolk County ARES/RACES Net runs Monday nights at 9:00PM local time
on the WA2LQO Repeater, 145.330 MHz. (FM) 136.5 pl and -600hz,
or check with your local town to see if they have a ham radio club, group, or
association
that is part of SC LI A.R.E.S..
