W95SSTV for Windows 95/NT W95SSTV is, in a nutshell, a Slow-Scan Television program specifically written for computers running either Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 . It uses the computer's sound card as either an analog-to-digital or digital-to-analog converter, depending on whether you're receiving or transmitting. It is a true 32-bit program, and will share processor time and resources with other 32-bit programs.
