Fire Extinguishers know the difference.

Do You?

There are three classifications of fire extinguishers commonly use by consumers; A, B, and C

  1. A-used on materials that turn to Ash when burned such as paper, wood, or trash. (After throwing two slices of bread in the toaster, I figured out one of my boy's adjusted the
heat setting when the flame height reached one foot. I usually don't get flames that high.)
  2. B-used on substances that Boil such as flamable liquids, oil, or grease.
  3. C-used on Current carrying equipment such as amplifiers, power supplies, or
a motor vehicle's wiring. BE SURE TO DISCONNECT THE POWER SOURCE
    FIRST,
or the only fire your going to put out is the one the money in your pocket is starting.
