This web site is dedicated to Amateur Radio Operators around the world
that have sacrificed their time, their equipment, and in some cases their lives,
to provide emergency communications for the health and welfare of others.
I am sincerely grateful to Al, K3TKJ and all the contributors for allowing me the
opportunity to participate in the advancement of Amateur Radio. My intension
is to provide safety information for hams involved with tactical(on scene) emergency
communications. I fully respect the serious nature of the information provided,
but I just had to add some good clean humor to help you remember the important points.
