St. Martin. FS & PJ7. FS/ON4QX, PJ7/ON4QX. On behalf of ON4QX announcing that he took step to be active in November 2nd week of November 2006. If all goes well he will be on EME. Depending on interest he will do 6+2 or just 6m+HF operation., it depends a bit on amp weight. Sofar following has been secured as equipment: FT857d, Acom1000 (HF+6) ,Ciris 201k( 2m), both amps can give a KW. There is a single 17el on the island with coax, plans are to ship a 7el/6m beam aswell. I will add a 2m and 6m preamp aswell. Seen the limited crew (2 ops) weight is an issue, my vote would be do go for the HF+6m option.
