Article IV
Officers: Officers shall be elected from the body of the membership for a term of one year at the Annual Meeting, which is held in January. The officers shall hold over until their successors have been elected.

Article V
Executive Board:
A. The Executive Board shall consist of the officers of the club.
B. The Executive Board shall formulate plans and procedures for the club. Such plans and procedures shall be put into effect by a majority vote of the membership (Article III), present at the time of presentation, at a regular scheduled meeting (Article VI).
C. Vacancies occurring on the Executive Board or Officers (Article IV) shall be filled by election by the Executive Board. Officers elected by the Executive Board to fill vacancies shall serve only until the next Annual Meeting (Article VI).
D. The Executive Board is responsible to the membership (Article III) and any decisions made by the Executive Board must be presented at a regular scheduled meeting (Article VI) of the club for approval by the membership present (Article III) at the regular scheduled meeting (Article VI).
