FD2000 logging
ORCA has chosen to use CT for computerized logging for Field Day 2000. There will be several stations operating. At least two of those stations will have their logs synchronized to avoid duplicate contacts. CT is an extremely powerful program. (Go to www.k1ea.com if you are interested in purchasing it.) We will not, however, use many of its features. Therefore, I will try to outline just enough information to make log entries for Field Day.
CT is a DOS program, but it does have character-based windows which will layer on top of each other in a manner similar to that Windows users are used to. This is a basic screen shot of CT:
