The most important window is the HELP window. To open it, press ALT+H. You can use escape or ALT+H to close the window. Use PgDn and PgUp to scroll up and down through the file. Many of the terms are cryptic, so the information can be a little confusing. All the commands you'll need are in there somewhere, so have patience and look through if you get stuck on something.
