Hi, my name is Casey and this is the start of a new web page dedicated to my new hobby, HAM RADIO!!!! I have only been a licensed ham since 8/26/02 but I am already learning lots and loving this hobby more and more each QSO!

I am not going to bog you down with a bunch of personal information but basically I got my Technician Plus license on 8/26/02. (The FCC no longer calls it a "Technician Plus" but the ARRL designates it as "Technician with HF.")

UPDATE: I just passed the Element 3 General Exam today, 9/21/02!!!!

I'm taking this opportunity to thank my good friend Roy Smith for introducing me to ham radio, to the Charleston, SC ARRL VEC team for administering my exams, and to my lovely wife, Helen, for cheering me on when I was sitting there trying to interpret a bunch of "dit's" and "dah's" when I was learning Morse Code.

If you are not a licensed ham yet, I plan on having a section on this page full of helpful study tips, but in the mean time check out http://www.eham.com .

Please sign my guestbook while you are here.

Anyway, keep checking back as I hope to have this page vastly improved soon. God Bless ya'll and God Bless The USA!!!! Thanks and 73's to everyone!
