SAFETY GOGGLES/BULLETPROOF VESTS

A culmination of pictures depicting goggles, bulletproof vests, and related items and their "value" in protecting people.

Eye and body protection in general is something that most labs and airborne particulate areas are required to have their inhabitants wear due to the severe hazard and risk involved with leaving eyes and certain parts of the body exposed to surroundings, especially when hazardous. OSHA regulates what is required, where, when, and how it is to be properly used.1 They make the workplace environment safe for the non intellectual people that cannot figure it out for themselves. Even though it may not be economic to companies, nothing should be mandatory. Safety equipment should be provided for those that desire it, and that will be semi-difficult to hide the corpse of somewhere in the factor that they happen to be working in. Yet again if someone looses some body part or has something damaged, they most likely learned a lesson and everyone else in the workplace will learn something from that person's example as well. You would most likely see a spike in workplace injuries for the first few weeks, as people slowly became acclimated to where they need the optional safety items to protect their own life. Those that choose not to, or cannot learn from others mistakes, should simply be allowed to do as they please and stop that genetic chain dead in its tracks. Offspring need not be just like their parents, idiotic and totally unaware of the risks around them. Some people just should not reproduce.
