My Mobile Shack, as I call it, has multiple radios mostly for Search and Rescue missions. Our Search Team uses VHF for dispatch and most on-scene operations, but due to the county using Low band we must be able to communicate with them, also. I also utilize a UHF ICOM for communication with our county parks, city police and another local Communications Team. I use my Kenwood to communicate with most of my HAM contacts.
